Bobby grew up in Cartersville, GA and attended college at Georgia Southern University where he received his bachelor’s degree in Construction Management. After college, he worked for a residential builder, building custom homes in the Marietta, GA area. In 2007, he went to work for Brasfield & Gorrie in the commercial construction industry. In 2011, he and Angela moved back to Columbus GA, where Angela was from, to work in the Brasfield & Gorrie local office. He fell in love with all Columbus has to offer, including the community and architecture. In 2014, he and Angela left their full-time careers and purchased the Jan-Pro Franchise Development territory. Over the last 10 years, Bobby and Angela have led a team of office personnel, as well as, independent cleaning teams servicing over 500 customers in the Columbus, Central GA & Auburn markets. This experience has been invaluable for providing Bobby with customer service skills to ensure complete customer satisfaction. In 2024, Bobby had another goal to add another business and after much research, he fell in love with Outdoor Lighting Perspectives. Bobby loves the design aspect, customer interactions and ultimately helping a client achieve their goals of enhancing their property through landscape lighting. Bobby handles the day-to-day operations of the business including marketing, sales, building key trade alliances, providing skilled labor and getting dirty installing lights!
When Bobby is not working, he loves spending time with his family. He is a head coach for his son’s coach pitch baseball team and involved in several community organizations. When he is not busy, Bobby really enjoys traveling, hunting, fishing and playing golf.
Rodney Buster is the General Manager of Outdoor Lighting Perspectives for West and Central Georgia and Auburn, Alabama, where he leads a team dedicated to delivering professional landscape lighting solutions. He is committed to building lasting relationships through integrity, professionalism, and exceptional service. With a strong work ethic and a customer-first approach, he takes pride in helping clients enhance their homes and businesses with lighting designs that are both beautiful and functional. Rodney believes that clear communication, attention to detail, and genuine care for the people he serves are the foundation of every successful business relationship.
Born in Colorado Springs and raised as an Army brat, Rodney went on to serve in the U.S. Air Force before settling in Columbus, Georgia. He is a proud father of five and has been happily married to his wife, Nicole, since 2009. Outside of work, Rodney enjoys spending time on the water boating, following sports, and making the most of every opportunity to be with his family. He is also actively involved in serving at his local church, where he enjoys giving back to his community and supporting others through his faith. These experiences have reinforced the values that guide both his personal and professional life—dedication, teamwork, servant leadership, and the importance of creating meaningful connections. Whether working with new clients or longtime partners, Rodney strives to provide a positive experience built on trust, reliability, and excellence.
