Bobby grew up in Cartersville, GA and attended college at Georgia Southern University where he received his bachelor’s degree in Construction Management. After college, he worked for a residential builder, building custom homes in the Marietta, GA area. In 2007, he went to work for Brasfield & Gorrie in the commercial construction industry. In 2011, he and Angela moved back to Columbus GA, where Angela was from, to work in the Brasfield & Gorrie local office. He fell in love with all Columbus has to offer, including the community and architecture. In 2014, he and Angela left their full-time careers and purchased the Jan-Pro Franchise Development territory. Over the last 10 years, Bobby and Angela have led a team of office personnel, as well as, independent cleaning teams servicing over 500 customers in the Columbus, Central GA & Auburn markets. This experience has been invaluable for providing Bobby with customer service skills to ensure complete customer satisfaction. In 2024, Bobby had another goal to add another business and after much research, he fell in love with Outdoor Lighting Perspectives. Bobby loves the design aspect, customer interactions and ultimately helping a client achieve their goals of enhancing their property through landscape lighting. Bobby handles the day-to-day operations of the business including marketing, sales, building key trade alliances, providing skilled labor and getting dirty installing lights!

When Bobby is not working, he loves spending time with his family. He is a head coach for his son’s coach pitch baseball team and involved in several community organizations. When he is not busy, Bobby really enjoys traveling, hunting, fishing and playing golf.

Rodney Buster is the General Manager of Outdoor Lighting Perspectives for West and Central Georgia and Auburn, Alabama, where he leads a team dedicated to delivering professional landscape lighting solutions. He is committed to building lasting relationships through integrity, professionalism, and exceptional service. With a strong work ethic and a customer-first approach, he takes pride in helping clients enhance their homes and businesses with lighting designs that are both beautiful and functional. Rodney believes that clear communication, attention to detail, and genuine care for the people he serves are the foundation of every successful business relationship.

Born in Colorado Springs and raised as an Army brat, Rodney went on to serve in the U.S. Air Force before settling in Columbus, Georgia. He is a proud father of five and has been happily married to his wife, Nicole, since 2009. Outside of work, Rodney enjoys spending time on the water boating, following sports, and making the most of every opportunity to be with his family. He is also actively involved in serving at his local church, where he enjoys giving back to his community and supporting others through his faith. These experiences have reinforced the values that guide both his personal and professional life—dedication, teamwork, servant leadership, and the importance of creating meaningful connections. Whether working with new clients or longtime partners, Rodney strives to provide a positive experience built on trust, reliability, and excellence.

My name is Raley Powell, and I’m proud to be born and raised in Columbus, Georgia. After going to school at Georgia Southern University, I’m so happy to be back home and close to the people and places I love. Family has always been a huge part of my life—I have three sisters and one brother, and I feel incredibly lucky to have such a big, close-knit family.

I’m the Client Experience Coordinator and Marketing Specialist at OLP, where my main goal is to make sure every customer has a great experience from start to finish. I handle scheduling, administrative work, and communication between our customers and technicians to make sure everything runs smoothly and everyone stays informed. I also get to be involved in OLP’s marketing, which is something I really enjoy because it allows me to be creative and help share what makes our company special. I love being in a role where I can connect with people, stay organized, solve problems, and make sure our customers feel taken care of.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and friends, especially my siblings. I’m happiest when I’m cooking or baking, trying a new restaurant, shopping for clothes or something new for my home, or decorating and making a space feel like my own. I’m also an avid reader and love finding a good book or getting caught up in a great show. Whenever I get the chance, you can usually find me on the river enjoying the outdoors. And, of course, I can’t forget my dog, Ruby, who is a very important part of my life! I’m grateful to be back in my hometown, surrounded by the people I love, while getting to build a career that I truly enjoy.

Hello! My name is Rickey Hardaway, and I was born and raised right here in Columbus, Georgia! I am a proud graduate of G.W. Carver High School, Class of 2016. After high school, I continued my education at Savannah State University, where I pursued my passion for engineering.

In the spring of 2021, I proudly graduated from Savannah State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. My educational journey has been one of dedication, perseverance, and growth, and I am grateful for the experiences and opportunities that have helped shape the person I am today.

Outside of my professional and educational accomplishments, I am blessed to be engaged to my beautiful fiancée, Taliah Maddox. I look forward to building a life together and creating many more memories along the way. 

When I’m not working or spending time with Taliah, I like to keep busy and enjoy the simple things in life. Some of my favorite things to do are playing video games, hanging out with my nephews, and going fishing. Whether I’m enjoying some friendly competition on the game, making memories with my nephews, or relaxing out on the water with a fishing pole in hand, I enjoy making the most of my free time and spending it with the people I love.

Hello! My name is Carson Gilley. I’m a hardworking and ambitious person who enjoys hunting, fishing, and following baseball and football. Baseball played a major role in shaping who I am. I played at Central High School, where I was fortunate to be part of a state championship team, and that experience led me to continue my athletic career at Southern Union Community College on a full-ride baseball scholarship. Although my baseball career ended shortly after I began college, the sport taught me the importance of discipline, teamwork, preparation, and staying committed even when things become difficult.

After college, I developed a passion for rodeo and bull riding. Rodeo challenged me in a different way by requiring courage, resilience, focus, and the ability to recover from setbacks. It taught me to face challenges head-on and keep pushing forward, even when the outcome was uncertain. I carried those lessons into the power industry, where I’ve spent most of my professional career gaining hands-on experience and developing a strong work ethic. Working in the power industry has strengthened my reliability, problem-solving skills, and commitment to doing every job safely and correctly. Together, baseball, rodeo, and the power industry have shaped me into someone who understands the value of hard work, perseverance, and responsibility.

Today, one of my greatest priorities is being a father to my son, Kayson Gilley, who was born Summer of 2026. Looking toward the future, my biggest goal is to build a life centered around hard work, family, and the outdoors. I hope to one day own land in Texas or Montana, raise cattle, and build a ranch that I can call home and eventually pass down to my son. The discipline I learned through baseball, the resilience I gained through rodeo, and the work ethic I developed in the power industry will continue guiding me as I work toward that goal. I want to create a meaningful future for my family—one built on dedication, independence, responsibility, and the determination to provide my son with something lasting.

Hi everyone, my name is William Buster. I attended Harris County High School, and I’m excited to be part of the team and get to know everyone. I’m a big fan of music, and I enjoy listening to different types of music whenever I have some free time.

Outside of work, one of my favorite things to do is play video games. Before joining the team, I worked as an electrician at Alexander Electric, where I gained valuable hands-on experience and learned the importance of hard work, responsibility, and paying attention to detail. One of my biggest goals in life is to eventually own my own home and build a successful future for myself. I’m looking forward to learning, growing, and doing my best in this new opportunity.
