I had a bad experience with a landscaping company who cut my low voltage wiring to my outdoor lights the evening before we were having MLS listing pictures made the next day. I was panicking and a made a quick call to Outdoor Lighting Perspectives, the next morning before 6:00am. Surprisingly, a real person answered my call and listened taking notes as I explained the situation. She said someone would call me back shortly to see if they could work me in today. I received a call back about 7:00 am asking if a 9:00 am appointment would work. Their technician showed up at 9:00am and fixed the issues by 10:00am. They have provided me exceptional service for over 10 years now and I would never consider anyone else.”
