From fall festivities to winter weather, it’s probably been a bit since you took a look at your outdoor lighting system. How have your fixtures held up throughout the seasons? Are your wires still properly buried? What about your lightbulbs? Do you dread breaking out the ladder to get the lights out of your reach? There’s an easier way to maintain your stunning outdoor lighting without even lifting a finger. With Shine365 from Outdoor Lighting Perspectives, your outdoor lighting system will remain as stunning as the first time you turned that switch on.
Outdoor Lighting Perspectives’ Shine365 warranty program is an industry-leading service that will keep your outdoor lighting system shining for years to come. With this *limited lifetime warranty* on your existing lighting system, you can have a team of dedicated lighting technicians check the quality of your whole outdoor lighting system once a year. Not only do you get an annual check of your system that is included with your service, but should your system ever need servicing, you are covered for parts and labor for the transformer(s), brass and/or copper fixtures, brass, heavy-duty glass covers, low-voltage wire, and LED bulbs.
Never stress about having to change a lightbulb again (at least outside).
What is included in the Annual System Quality Check?
During your annual system quality check, our certified technicians will ensure that your lights are radiant, your lines are buried, and everything is functioning as it should. This includes:
- Check fixture placement and system design and suggest improvements.
- Straighten and adjust fixtures to preserve the original design.
- Remove debris and mulch from fixtures.
- Check each fixture's voltage.
- Clean lenses and fixtures for longevity and proper light intensity.
- Verify all connections.
- Tighten terminal block connections on transformers.
- Cover exposed wires due to foot activity or erosion.
- Trim landscaping around fixtures (with your guidance as needed)
- Check automated timing and operational controls.
How can you enroll in Shine365 to take care of your landscape lighting?
Are you ready to start your Shine365 maintenance today?
Before I tell you that, I need to apologize to you. I lied, but only a little lie.
You will have to lift a finger. That’s only because you’ll need to contact the team at Outdoor Lighting Perspectives of Richmond & Charlottesville to schedule your warranty program.
If you recently had a new installment of a lighting system from Outdoor Lighting Perspectives, you are automatically enrolled in Shine365 for the first year. At the end of the first year, you will have the chance to continue service with our team.
Should you decide that you want to tend to your exterior lighting on your own, that is perfectly okay. You can cancel at any time, but the same can be said of signing back up again.
If you want your outdoor lighting system in Richmond to be covered once again, simply call up the OLP team and we’ll get to work. Your system will require a recertification check, but once it is complete, you are safely covered once again!
I have a landscape lighting system, but it wasn’t installed by OLP. Can I still get coverage?
YES, YOU CAN! Sorry, I didn’t mean to yell.
It’s no problem if your landscape lighting system in Charlottesville, or anywhere in the region, wasn’t installed by OLP. Many people shy away when they think that they can’t get coverage, but that is far from the case.
As with re-enrollment into our *limited lifetime warranty* for your landscape lighting, you need to have your system inspected by our team to ensure that it is up to our quality standards. Mostly, this is to ensure that we can offer you the proper maintenance for your system and that it is compatible with our products.
