• Ryan and Ashley Selzer Owners

As the owners of Outdoor Lighting Perspectives, we love helping homeowners transform their outdoor spaces with beautiful, thoughtfully designed lighting. Ryan’s favorite part of the job is turning a dark canvas into a work of art, while Ashley enjoys working with clients to bring their vision to life.

Our favorite fixtures are the RW Almond and Almond, and outside of work, you’ll usually find us enjoying pizza or butter chicken. One of our favorite memories was installing holiday lights at the Cary Chamber of Commerce and taking in the rooftop view after the project was complete.

  • Josh Maturan Customer Service & Office Administrator

As the Office Administrator, I help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes to ensure every customer has a seamless experience. Although I’m new to the team, I already appreciate OLP’s customer-first culture and the support I’ve received, especially Ryan’s mentorship.

My favorite food is shawarma, and I’m excited to continue growing with the team while helping provide the exceptional service Outdoor Lighting Perspectives is known for.

  • Nate Schuh Lighting Technician

As a Lighting Technician, I enjoy transforming homes with new lighting systems and seeing the finished result come to life after sunset. My favorite fixture is the versatile Almond because it works beautifully in so many different applications.

Outside of work, my favorite meal is bacon-wrapped venison backstrap. One of my most memorable installations was discovering a family of frogs living inside a fence while installing lighting—a fun surprise that made the project one to remember!

  • Colin Slater Lighting Technician

As a Lighting Technician, one of my favorite parts of the job is seeing a lighting design come to life when the system is turned on for the first time. My favorite fixture is the sleek Aspen because of its modern design and adjustable brightness.

Outside of work, you’ll likely find me enjoying a spicy falafel pita from Shawarma Stop. One of my most memorable experiences was meeting a customer in Raleigh who shared an incredible collection of paintings he created after retirement. It’s a service call I’ll always remember!
