Shine365 is an upgraded program that gives you a limited lifetime warranty on your outdoor lighting system! With this new warranty in place, we are giving our valued clients the opportunity to have our team of professional technicians perform annual quality system checks to ensure your lights are shining bright, just like the day it was installed. To help you understand more about Shine365, here are some answers to frequently asked questions we’ve gotten about our new program.
Q: What parts of my lighting system are covered with Shine365?
A: Through Shine35, it covers different parts and service on things like:
- Brass and/or copper fixtures
- Brass, heavy-duty glass covers
- Low-voltage wire
- LED bulbs
Q: What do I have to do to participate in Shine365?
A: Shine365 comes with every new install we complete automatically for the first year, so you can trust that our team is here to help with any of your lighting needs. After the first initial year, you can continue your Shine365 program membership by allowing our team to come out and perform an annual quality check on your system. This allows us to continue to maintain the integrity of your system easily. If you decide to cancel your Shine365 program at any time and decide to sign up again, we require a recertification check of your lighting system that our team will complete to get you back on the warranty!
Q: Can I be a part of OLP’s Shine365 program if OLP didn’t install my lights?
A: We proudly service all systems, even if we didn’t complete the install. To get you on our warranty program, our lighting technicians will need to inspect your system to see if we can get it up to our quality standards. Then, we’ll get you onto our limited lifetime warranty!

A: Our team of outdoor lighting experts will arrive at your property to check things like overall system design, adjust fixtures as needed, check for proper voltage, tighten transformer terminal connections, and more.
