Outdoor Lighting of Clearwater & Tampa Bay just had the amazing opportunity to work with clients in the Sunset Park neighborhood of Tampa. This customer wanted a full re-design of their landscape lighting plan for their upscale Tudor style home and property.
The grounds had some existing outdoor lighting that had an anemic feel. The goal was to enhance what was already in place to give the home and grounds a fresh new look with stunning results. Our lighting designers enhanced the look of the façade, hardscape and foliage by moving and adding fixtures. This transformed the ambiance of the property with a whole new evening look befitting this elegant home.
The stunning Legacy Oaks got special tree lighting treatment with glorious uplighting to showcase their twisting branches. Path lighting helps this family easily traverse to their doorway and adds a glow to the perimeter of the house.
The incredible English inspired home was elegantly illuminated with architectural and façade lighting. Strategically placed fixtures bring out the roofline, stonework and shape of the home to make it feel even grander.
Uplight fixtures bring a sparkle to the shrubs and plantings surrounding the home. The arched windows, garage doors and entryway glimmer thanks to spotlights that offer a soft wash of light. Everything cohesively works together to create a look worthy of a magazine cover. The home looks re-invented in the evening light by simply moving fixtures to new locations and expanding the system overall.
