In the heart of Atlantic Beach lies the gorgeous community of Selva Marina. This long-established neighborhood features dense oak canopies, winding roads, close proximity to the beach and Atlantic Beach Country Club, and some of the warmest and friendliest neighbors you could have. This Atlantic Beach home underwent a significant renovation by new homeowners who purchased it in 2017. They added square footage with a whole new room, a pool, brick accents on the new driveway design, a new garage door, a new metal roof, and beautified the landscaping. The new owners, understandably, wanted to not only show off the beauty at night but also add nighttime function to the entire property.
