Step one: before selling the home, we engaged in pre-sale prep work for the existing outdoor lighting system. It was a hodgepodge of Halogen and LED landscape lights. Our team cleaned it up, made repairs, replacements, and adjustments. We also upgraded the system to be 100% LED.

Step Two: Once the new homeowners came along, they wanted to have a more significant impact in the front yard for even more nighttime curb appeal. They also had completely redesigned the courtyard, so the lighting required a redesign.
We reduced dark spaces throughout the front yard, namely by uplighting most of the gorgeous scrub oaks and water oaks.
We then illuminated a set of new flowering shrubs, the stone facade of the garage, and added more path lighting along the driveway.

The courtyard was redesigned entirely and rewired to maximize the lighting effect complementing the new garden features and statues. With lush vegetation and an added fountain, new landscape lighting was necessary.
Lastly, we added uplights on several of the prominent landscape features and trees in the backyard. With the property enjoying Intracoastal frontage, enhancing the yard without impacting the waterfront view was essential.
