Stunning café style lighting sits above this open area that encourages conversation, sitting down for a cup of coffee, or taking a stroll. This previously industrial group of buildings from the 1950’s has been re-adapted to create a cool, downtown vibe that makes you want to hang out and enjoy the energy of Sylvan Park. The vintage buildings have been reclaimed to become fabulous office spaces, restaurants and shops with a nod to an earlier era in time.
We couldn’t have been more delighted to have been asked to illuminate this walkable gathering space in historic Sylvan Park. We relish in the challenge of how to add plenty of light for safety and security---but also provide a gorgeous downtown ambiance that is memorable and exciting.
